Just add water and keep your little plants growing until they flower.

The baby arugula is part of the family of perennial herbs called the aster family. These plants grow on stems, leaves and roots just like your common herbs. But unlike your regular herbs, they grow more quickly, are smaller in size and have a more vibrant green color to them.

What are baby arugula and why is it so special? Many people think that this is just a green plant. However, it contains several vitamins and minerals which are why it is often added to infant formulas. It also contains some iron and calcium, which are important to a growing baby’s development.
